TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This agreement is entered into between Windy City Trading 9 CC (trading as DnH), hereafter referred to as DnH, and the customer. By applying for a hosting package with DnH you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

  • DnH agrees to provide Internet services to the customer, which include in full or in part, but are not limited to, storage; transfer; hosting and other related services. These services will be provided subject to the following terms and conditions.
  • DnH takes no responsibility for any content of the customer's web pages, and does not regulate them. DnH takes no responsibility for the security of the customer's password. The customer agrees to lawfully upload and/or download any information to and from the DnH servers. The customer indemnifies DnH from any actions brought by any party as a result of the customer's use of the services offered by DnH. The customer warrants that they have all the required rights to use any and/or all trademarks and servicemarks in it's Internet presence.
  • DnH reserves the right to terminate with immediate effect any or all of the customer's services provided at the sole discretion DnH, and without liability.
  • This contract will automatically renew every month, unless cancelled either in writing by the customer, or by DnH.
  • The customer may terminate their contract with DnH at any time, provided 30 days written notice is provided. The customer is responsible for the entire account and all costs incurred during the termination period.
  • DnH provides no warranties, and accepts no liabilities for any or all of its services. The customer agrees that DnH shall not be liable for any damages and/or losses incurred as a result from interuption of services, or any other reason whatsoever.
  • The customer agrees to prepay the relevant costs due for the services provided by DnH each month. Once off costs are non-refundable.
  • If a customer's account is not settled within 30 days, they may be liable for a ZAR150-00 administration fee. Should the account become 60 days overdue, the customer may be liable for ZAR300-00 administration fee.
  • The customer will notify D'nH of any changes in contact details within 30 days of these changes occuring.
  • The customer agrees observe and abide by the Internet etiquette as outlined in DnH's Netiquette policies. These are available by email on request from info@dnh.co.za.
  • In the event that any term or condition is deemed unenforceable by the court, all other terms and conditions still apply.
  • In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to this agreement, such dispute will be resolved in a court decided by DnH, and the customer may be liable for any and/or all costs incurred.
  • DnH reserves the right to amend any and/or all terms and conditions.
  • Usage of the services provided by DnH constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
